Ladies and gentlemen, we welcome you to the month of October 2024, a month the management and workers at Tigerkenn Homes Ltd and Spyder880 Building Team and all our affiliated businesses has decided to change the nature of our service offerings. First, we will like to thank you for your support,your followership, your dedication and patronage over the last 13 years of our operations. We have all come a long way, growing together in peace and understanding. You have been our strongest assets. For your support, your encouragement and your continued patronage, we say a big THANK YOU. We have built a lot of houses and homes together, over 60 and counting, its not because we are perfect, but because you have continued to trust our development, and our continued attempts to make the building of houses a better experience for all, irrespective of whether you are around or not during the construction of your buildings. Change is a constant thing in life, and at a time like this, we will like to change the nature of our service offerings to our most important assets, YOU our clients. we are doing this with the consciousness that we need to get better at the things we do. So from now onwards, we are going to be more dedicated to pleasing you, our clients and customers. We have opened more shops and stocked them with building materials, to cater to our desire of stocking the best of building materials and accessories to match the high quality work we aim to do in peoples homes. We have also expanded our services to include the buying and selling of properties, Lands and houses. We are now more focused on the prospects of enriching our clients, customers and readers with more information about where lucrative lands, buildings and other properties are, and ensuring they purchase them at competitive prices.We can still help clients to build their houses on contracts like we always do, but most importantly, we will be having properties for sale. These will include new lands, houses and even old houses and locations which we consider a bargain at their prices. We will be aiming to buy plots and houses, new or old, renovate or demolish them, then build new houses which we aim to offer to clients for direct purchase. We will also be advertising properties that are well vetted from other vendors affiliated to us. We will be in every part of Enugu, Igboland and Nigeria, checking for sweet deals and reporting them to you. We have concluded plans to float a new website, and we will be unveiling the website for all our clients, customers and friends to view and explore. We will still be advertising our services in all our old channels, but we aim to create newer ones and improve on them. For all the services we have been offering before, we will still offer, but our new focus will now be towards building and selling modern houses and properties at competitive prices.
